Never Miss A Test
PDANS is designed to ensure that each subscriber is positively notified of required test dates and most importantly, does not miss a test. Typical “Apps” fail when phones are lost, turned off, have dead batteries, or when somebody simply can’t afford to own or purchase expensive devices.

Allows users to specify multiple contacts and methods to receive notifications on whether they must report for a random drug or alcohol test.
Flexible Options
PDANS does not require a smart phone, computer, or app on your phone. We use standard text messaging (SMS), emails, voice calls, and deliver direct to the subscriber’s home, office, cell phone, or email.
Auto Escalation Notification system
When a subscriber is required to report, and the subscriber does not respond to a text message or email, or telephone call, the system will automatically escalate notifications until it is finally confirmed.

How It Works
Colors & Groups
- Each “subscriber/testing subject” is pre-assigned a “color/group” by the court. We call this a subscription. Each subscription has a start date, end date, and notification plan. Once enrolled, notifications immediately start the next day and end when the subscription expires or is terminated.
Stay Informed & Worry-Free
- Court ordered subscribers will receive a daily notification whether or not they need to test
- Our notification service immediately starts notifying the selected subscribers. This process begins within seconds of when we obtain the colors/groups selected for that day.
- By default, the subscriber will first receive a SMS/text message. A half hour later they will receive an email. The actual times can be set by testing site.
- At each stage, each individual message is given ample time to be confirmed and marked as received. Doing so stops all further notifications and records who confirmed, when, and how.
- The confirmation is either by pressing a key on your phone or clicking on an email link
nOTIFICATION ESCALATION
- If the subscriber must report to test, and have not confirmed, the system will make a telephone call to the subscriber at their designated phone number to further notify them.
- As last resort, the system will make a telephone to a designated alternate contact. This could include their spouse, family members, friends, employers, or anyone designated by the subscriber.
